Requisitos / RequirementsREQUISITOS PARA CELEBRAR EL SACRAMENTO DEL BAUTISMO Los padres deben presentarse en la oficina de la parroquia con sus ID's, con los siguientes requisitos:
1. Si el niño (a) es mayor de 6 meses presentar el Acta de Nacimiento
2. Si es menor de 6 meses pueden presentar el certificado del Hospital
3. El niño(a) deber ser menor de 7 años.
¿CUAL ES El COSTO?
$75.00, los que deben pagar en la oficina al momento de llenar la solicitud. Effectivo solomente.
¿CUÁNDO SE REALIZAN LOS BAUTIZOS?
Todos los sábados a las 2:30 p.m. En la parroquia.

- Deben ser católicos practicantes mayores de 16 años.
- Pueden ser solteros o casados.
- Si son casados deben ser casados por la Iglesia católica y que traer su certificado de matrimonio.
- Por favor asegurarse el apellido de la madrina cuando es casada.
(si quiere el de soltera ó de casada) - Si son solteros deben tener los 3 Sacramentos-- Bautismo, Primera Comunión y Confirmación. También traer su certificados.

1. If the child is older than 6 months, present the Birth Certificate.
2. If the child is under 6 months hospital certificate is acceptable.
3. The child has to be younger than 7 years old.✓ WHAT IS THE COST?
$75.00, which must be paid in the office when filling out the application. Cash only.
✓ WHAT DAYS ARE BAPTISMS HELD?
Every Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Inside the parish.

GODPARENTS
- Must be participating Catholics over the age of 16.
- They can be single or married
- If they are married they must be married by the catholic Church, bring marriage certificate for proof.
- Please make sure the Godmother's last name if she is married (single or married last name.)
- If they are single they need to have the 3 Sacraments -- Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. They need to bring their certificates along for proof.
Note: On the day of the child's Baptism, parents must come to the office before the mass with their respective identification and bring the child.Thank you for your cooperation.
